We have implemented many programs to provide the best food quality possible. We monitor the production processes at all stages, and ensure that foods are free from microbial contamination by performing an analysis of all finished products. Furthermore, we have a strong traceability system in place which enables us to keep track of product shipments through the supply chain, from procurement to storage to distribution, and ultimately into the marketplaces, to ensure immediate response in the event of any food safety issues.
Facilities MonSalwa has the operational capacity to serve customers across the country. Our core strengths are based on strong operational know-how. We have a robust cold chain distribution network serving cities in remote corners of the country. After the production stage, we either blast freeze or instantly “quick freeze” (IQF) products at -35 C, instantly locking in the freshness and the nutritional value of our products.
Our automated production lines include Paratha, Samosa, Pizza, BBQ and forming. Having fully mastered the production processes has enabled us to customize our lines so the product that emerges appeals to the palate of the Pakistani consumer.
